Certified Yoga Instructor Lisa Marie Cacace* will be offering a special spring yoga workshop for members of CWNY, NYWIFT, WMM, DCTV, IFP and Fractured Atlas! This workshop is designed to help you release anxieties and restore your creative spark. The yoga class will be a blend of hatha (held postures) and vinyasa (flowing postures) along with breathing techniques and meditation, and affirmations - you will be feeling energized - positive and ready to take on the world!!!!
